Two of 3 different boats they gave us had serious mechanical issues. Had to paddle the first boat in with the Captain while he was showing us around. Ended up with only half a day with a boat and a lot of screwing around. They refused to give us a full refund.{{ commentTranslate }} -

Boats were in good shape except for a swim step that was not attached. It slipped off while in the channel, with no chance of recovery. It was our responsibility to replace the swim step, but it would have been nice to have the faulty equipment noted during check-in. -
