Splendida giornata fuori con Antonio e Maria, ci ha mostrato tutte le attrazioni della Costiera Amalfitana e di Capri. Una barca di dimensioni molto buone, comoda e ci ha dato anche snack e birra / bevande / prosecco. È stata una giornata eccellente e ci tornerei!!

Superb day out with Antonio and Maria, showed us all of the sights of Amalfi Coast and Capri. A very good sized boat,comfortable and gave us snacks and some beer/drinks/prosecco too. Was an excellent day and would go again!!

Great experience, everything we wanted in a boat rental

La nostra esperienza è stata di 5 stelle fino agli ultimi 20 minuti del viaggio. Alessandro è stato un grande capitano per l'intera giornata e ci ha mostrato tutti i luoghi d'interesse lungo la Costiera Amalfitana. Quando è arrivato il momento di attraccare, ha chiesto che gli pagassimo dei soldi extra rispetto a quanto concordato e ci ha volutamente tenuti in mare a discutere con lui fino a quando alla fine abbiamo minacciato di chiamare la polizia. Questo è stato davvero un brutto modo per concludere una giornata fantastica. Quando inizialmente ho prenotato la barca ho mandato un'e-mail ad Alessandro, chiedendogli di portarci fuori di giorno invece che di notte e lui ha detto che non c'era problema. Successivamente mi ha inviato un'e-mail dicendo che ci sarebbe stato un costo aggiuntivo di 400 euro a cui ho risposto con 200 euro e ha accettato a causa della sua pubblicità errata. Alla fine della giornata ha chiesto i 400 euro e non ci avrebbe portato in porto finché non li avessimo pagati. Ho provato a mostrargli la conversazione sul mio telefono ma non aveva interesse a discuterne. Non sono sicuro di cosa ci sia stato di così confuso in questo, è comunicato molto chiaramente nella nostra corrispondenza.

Our experience was 5 stars until the last 20 minutes of the trip. Alessandro was a great captain the entire day and showed us all the sights along the Amalfi Coast. When it was time to dock he requested that we pay him extra money to what was agreed and purposefully kept us at sea arguing with him until we finally threatened to call the police. This was a really bad way to end an amazing day. When I initially booked the boat I emailed Alessandro, asking him to take us out for the day instead of the night and he said it was no problem. Later he emailed me saying that there would be an additional cost of 400 euros at which I responded back with 200 euro and he agreed because of his incorrect advertisement. At the end of the day he demanded the 400 euro and wouldn't take us into port until we paid it. I tried to show him the conversation on my phone but he had no interest in discussing it. I'm not sure what was so confusing about this, it is very clearly communicated in our correspondence.

Excellent experience!!! Alessandro is a gentle captain and always pleased to help. Snacks and drinks on the boat were delicious.
