Ho detto che se non è adatto e pericoloso, non usciremo. Ho chiesto se avrei ricevuto un rimborso completo e mi è stato detto di sì. Ho cercato di mettermi in contatto con questo e nessuno mi ha risposto da allora. Sono molto deluso dal servizio.I was contacted by the captain on the day. He told me it was very choppy on the water and that it wasn't going to be enjoyable and in fact dangerous. I said if it isn't suitable and dangerous then we would not go out. I asked if I would get a full refund and I was told yes. I have been trying to get in touch re this and nobody has responded to me since. I am very disappointed at the service.
