Il nostro tradizionale "luzzu" è stato costruito nel 1968 a Imgarr, Gozo. Ha preso il nome di 'Bulldog' a causa della sua prua voluminosa e larga. Fino al 2021 è stato usato come imbarcazione da pesca, pescando lampughe (delfini pesci) con le reti, e anche per il tonno e il pesce d'acqua profonda con le lenze. Albert, capitano e proprietario del 'Bulldog', è un pescatore molto conosciuto che possedeva questo 'luzzu' insieme al suo defunto padre. Essendo fluente sia in inglese che in italiano, attualmente gestisce questa attività insieme al resto della sua famiglia.
