Poor service. We received the boat in an unsailable condition. The main sail was not useable, and we needed to return to base after 1 day to re-rig the main sheet. Also the GPS plotter was not working, which needed resetting. Many other issues also, generally I would say the boat was poorly maintained and managed.

Boot altersgerecht adäquat. War schlecht geputzt. Wurde aber sofort nachgebessert. Rettungswesten total verrottet uralt. Wurden auf Nachfrage sofort getauscht. Als Seekarte für Kanaren gab es nur eine Karte des Nordatlantik!! Eine Kanarenkarte gab es nicht. Auch nicht auf Nachfrage vorhanden. Als Festmacherleinen nur ausgedient Leinen von Grossfall und ausgediente Schoten:kein Reck sehr steif sehr unkomfortabel. Servicemitarbeiter sehr freundlich und sehr bemüht zu helfen

Estupenda experiencia, oficina disponible y preparada para recibirnos sin largas esperas, marinería atenta y ayudando en todo lo que necesitamos cuando tocamos puerto, facilidades para un check out agil aunque ligeramente fuera de hora por nuestra parte. Grâce au super bateau Sun odyssey 410 bien préparé et une bonne météo, on a fait le tour de l'île de Majorque en moins de cinq jours en famille. Les paysages sont idylliques et on a trouvé des mouillages paradisiaques.
