Little Vathi Marina garantisce un attracco se prenotato con largo anticipo e consente la navigazione di un giorno intero, mentre se si desidera un attracco da poppa a un muro o un pontone a Kioni, Fiskardo, Sivota, Kastos, Kalamos o fondamentalmente ovunque nella zona, è necessario essere lì prima di pranzo.I have chartered in the Ionian for almost 40 years. This year the charter went through Sunsail. The yacht was in impeccable condition and spotlessly clean. The shore staff were hugely friendly and efficient. The briefing was thorough and communicated very well. The debriefing was equally efficient. I had one out-of-hours query to the base which was answered immediately and solved within minutes. This compared enormously favourably with another charter company I dealt with in Levkas last year. This was a most enjoyable experience and I will insist that I am referred to Sunsail when I go though Samboat next year.+{{ initialPictures.length - 4 }}

Userò di nuovo SamBoat.The Samboat booking process was simple and smooth. Once booked however it was very difficult to speak to anyone and they kept sending requests for more information after it was already provided and accepted. Read thru the start times carefully because our boat was thru The Moorings/Sunsail. I have booked with the Moorings/Sunsail multiple times directly. This time was a very different experience when it comes to their attitude towards customers. And I completely understand island time and that there is a laid back vibe. This time seemed like there was an overall sense of disdain for the customers. We had difficulty getting checked in to the boat and there was no one there for check out. They said they are horribly understaffed. I won't be booking a Moorings/sunsail boat again. I would much prefer a smaller operation that are ran by people, not robots. Osservazioni: - Il consumo di energia elettrica di queste imbarcazioni sta diventando sproporzionato: contare su 3 ore di utilizzo del motore al giorno non è più compatibile con il concetto di vacanza in barca a vela che rispetti l'ambiente e l'oceano. Nel 2024 le barche a vela dovrebbero essere sistematicamente dotate di pannelli solari (per il frigorifero). D'ora in poi questo sarà un criterio di selezione - I diversi siti web Sunsail (Europa vs Stati Uniti) hanno reso difficile la preparazione - L'accoglienza da parte dello staff del Le Marin lascia un po' a desiderare: l'organizzazione della navetta da e per l'aeroporto è stata un fallimento su tutta la linea, creando molta frustrazione all'arrivo e al ritorno. - Il tono utilizzato durante il check-in e il check-out è stato un po' condiscendente. Alla fine avevamo tutte le informazioni necessarie - Nessuna comunicazione relativa alla caparra: sarebbe stata gradita una email per confermare l'avvenuta restituzione/trattenuta della caparraNotre croisiere s'est tres bien passee. Le bateau etait en bon etat. Remarques: - La consommation electrique de ces bateaux devient disproportionnees : compter sur 3h de moteur par jour n'est plus compatible avec le concept de vacances en voilier respectueuses de l'environnement et de l'ocean. En 2024, les voiliers devraient etre systematiquement equipes de panneaux solaires (pour le frigo). Dorenavant, ceci sera un critere de selection - Les differents site web Sunsail (Europe vs US) ont rendu la preparation penible - L'acceuil par le personnel au Marin laisse a desirer : l'organisation de la navette depuis et vers l'aeroport a ete un echec sur toute la ligne, creant beaucoup de frustration a l'arrivee comme au retour. - Le ton utilise lors du check-in et check-out etait un peu condescendant. Au final, nous avons eu toutes les info necessaires - Aucune communication au regard de la caution: un email aurait ete apprecie pour confirmer que la caution a ete rendue/retenue+{{ initialPictures.length - 4 }}

The only thing we did not like it was the fact that we were not allowed on board till 6:00 PM. That means we could miss a day of sailing. After our insistence they (SunSail) let us board earlier and we left the Marina around 4:00. Please keep this in mid for future. Thank you for all of your help. Nick was a great helper. Das Personal an der Basis war sehr freundlich. Zweimal habe ich während unseres Törns den telefonischen technischen Support genutzt um den Wassermacher zu starten. Abbiamo ricevuto la barca anche un po' prima di quanto annunciato e le persone sul posto hanno risposto in modo flessibile ai nostri desideri. La barca era in buone condizioni. Qualcosa che dovrebbe essere assolutamente menzionato PRIMA di prenotare è che Sunsail non consente la navigazione notturna! Ciò limita fortemente la pianificazione del viaggio!Im Prinzip lief alles sehr gut. Wir bekamen das Boot sogar etwas früher als angekündigt und die Leute vor Ort sind flexibel auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen. Das Boot war in gutem Zustand. Etwas, das unbedingt VOR der Buchung erwähnt werden sollte, ist, dass Sunsail kein Nachtsegeln erlaubt! Das schränkt die Törnplanung stark ein!+{{ initialPictures.length - 4 }}

Il est cependant dommage pour un bateau de cette taille ( et pour le prix) de se retrouver avec de simples brassières très sommaires et inconfortables pour naviguer et manœuvrer à l’heure des gilets auto gonflants. Ci rammarichiamo di un check-in molto tardivo che ci ha permesso di prendere effettivamente possesso della barca alle 19:00. Ci rammarichiamo anche del rientro obbligatorio il venerdì prima delle 17 per il passaggio del sub. Insomma abbiamo perso quasi 2 giorni. In Grecia la licenza costiera non basta, siamo potuti partire grazie ad una licenza offshore.Qualité bateau et équipements au top. On regrette un check-in tres tardif qui permet de prendre possession du bateau réellement à 19h. On regrette aussi le retour obligatoire le vendredi avant 17h pour le passage du plongeur. Bref on perd quasiment 2 jours. Le permis côtier ne suffit pas en Grèce, on a pu prendre le depart grâce à un permis hauturier.+{{ initialPictures.length - 4 }}
