Mauvaise expérience. Nous n'avons pas pu annuler le bateau via le site web. Et nous n'avons pas été remboursés. Nous n'avons pas reçu de réponse depuis plusieurs jours.
Slechte ervaring, we konden de boot niet meer annuleren via de site. En we hebben ons geld niet teruggekregen. We hebben ook al dagen geen antwoord meer gekregen.

Bon premier contact, mais après avoir repris le bateau, peu de temps après, le moteur hors-bord s'est arrêté plusieurs fois et l'excursion en bateau que nous avions réservée s'est retrouvée à l'eau. Le bateau montre clairement son âge et tout est très usé. La couchette sentait aussi très fort l'essence ! L'odeur était presque insupportable. Nous essayons maintenant de récupérer l'argent via Juanma via la plateforme de réservation. Notre premier premier contact sympathique (Juanma) ne répond plus lorsqu'on lui demande le remboursement…. -> Le prestataire n'est pas recommandé !
Netter Anfangskontakt, aber nachdem wir das Boot übernommen hatten, viel nach kurzer Zeit der Außenbordmotor mehrfach aus und der gebuchte Bootstrip viel ins Wasser. Das Boot ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen, alles sehr abgenutzt. Auch die Koje roch sehr stark nach Benzin! Der Geruch war kaum auszuhalten. Nun versuchen wir über die Juanma über die Buchungsplattform das Geld zurück zu bekommen. Unser erster nette Anfangskontakt (Juanma) meldet sich nun auf Nachfrage zur Erstattung nicht mehr …. -> Der Anbieter ist nicht empfehlenswert!

Nous étions 6 personnes et avons eu le bateau pendant 2 heures. Communication rapide et facile. Juanma est une personne vraiment gentille. Nous avons beaucoup aimé ça !
We were 6 people and had the boat for 2 hours. Fast and Easy Communication. Juanma is a really kind person. We liked that a lot!

Le bateau était en parfait état, propre et bien équipé. Les performances et le confort du moteur étaient excellents. Le propriétaire était très sympathique et la remise s'est déroulée sans problème. Dans l’ensemble, une expérience fantastique sur l’eau – fortement recommandée !
