With our license-free houseboat, you can explore the idyllic waters around Marina Röblinsee with your family or friends (up to 6 people). Immerse yourself in the peace and untouched beauty of nature. Whether it's a leisurely cruise from marina to marina or a relaxed stop in a secluded bathing bay - leave the everyday behind. After an eventful day, unwind with a glass of red wine on the rooftop terrace or in front of the gas fireplace. The boat offers exclusive amenities with a Wi-Fi router, gas fireplace, and three televisions (including Smart TV) - you won't miss anything. It has two comfortable bedrooms (1 x double bed, 1 x bunk bed + 1 single bed). An additional sleeping option for one person is on the sofa in the living area. Access the spacious, furnished rooftop terrace via a staircase on the back terrace. Here you can enjoy the magnificent view and relax under the 4x4 meter awning or in the sun. A grill is available for a cozy BBQ evening. Additionally, you can rent stand-up paddleboards, canoes, electric tubes, or bicycles from the harbor master for a fee. Dogs are allowed on board. Important notes: ● Clearance height: 3.90 m (with unfolded awning: 5.45 m). But remember: The battery needs fresh power from a marina after at most 24 hours, otherwise not only annoying warning sounds but also the failure of important systems such as bow and stern thrusters may occur - making maneuvering more difficult. Therefore, our tip: Be conscious of your power usage and only use what is truly necessary. This way, your freedom on the water remains unclouded!

Mit unserem führerscheinfreien Hausboot kannst Du gemeinsam mit Deiner Familie oder Freunden (bis zu 6 Personen) die idyllischen Gewässer rund um die Marina Röblinsee erkunden. Tauche ein in die Ruhe und unberührte Schönheit der Natur. Ob gemütliche Fahrt von Marina zu Marina oder ein entspannter Stopp in einer abgelegenen Badebucht – lasse den Alltag hinter Dir.
Nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag kannst Du bei einem Glas Rotwein auf der Dachterrasse oder vor dem Gaskamin den Abend in aller Ruhe ausklingen lassen. Das Boot bietet Dir eine exklusive Ausstattung mit WLAN-Router, Gaskamin und drei Fernsehern (inkl. Smart-TV) – es wird Dir an nichts fehlen. Es verfügt über zwei komfortable Schlafzimmer (1 x Doppelbett, 1 x Etagenbett + 1 Einzelbett). Eine weitere Schlafmöglichkeit für eine Person befindet sich auf dem Sofa im Wohnbereich.
Über eine Treppe auf der hinteren Terrasse gelangst Du auf die großzügige, möblierte Dachterrasse. Hier kannst Du den herrlichen Ausblick genießen und unter der 4x4 Meter großen Verschattung oder in der Sonne entspannen.
Für einen gemütlichen BBQ-Abend steht ein Grill zur Verfügung. Außerdem kannst Du beim Hafenmeister gegen eine Gebühr Stand-Up Paddle, Kanu, Elektroschlauchboote oder Fahrräder ausleihen. Die Mitnahme von Hunden ist erlaubt.
Wichtige Hinweise
● Durchfahrtshöhe: 3,90 m (mit ausgeklapptem Sonnensegel: 5,45 m). Bitte klappe das Sonnensegel ein, bevor Du eine Brücke passierst.
● Mindestanzahl der Personen an Bord: Für die Manövrierfähigkeit der Hausboote (Anlegen, Ankern, Schleusen) sind mindestens 3 erwachsene Personen (oder 2 Erwachsene + 1 handlungsfähiger Jugendlicher) erforderlich.
● Wetterbedingte Einschränkungen: Die Hausboote sind windanfällig. Bei einer Windstärke von 3 (ab 12 km/h) kann die Marina die Ausgabe der Hausboote verhindern, um die Sicherheit aller Beteiligten zu gewährleisten.
Das Hausboot ist mit einer Bordbatterie ausgestattet, die euch eine autarke Stromversorgung für eine Nacht ohne Landstrom sichert. Das Beste daran: Ihr könnt frei ankern und die Ruhe der Natur in vollen Zügen genießen – fernab vom Trubel der Marinas.
Aber denkt daran: Nach spätestens 24 Stunden braucht die Batterie frischen Strom aus einer Marina, sonst drohen nicht nur nervige Warntöne, sondern auch der Ausfall wichtiger Systeme wie Bug- und Heckstrahlruder – was das Manövrieren erschwert.
Deshalb unser Tipp: Geht bewusst mit dem Strom um und nutzt nur, was wirklich nötig ist. So bleibt eure Freiheit auf dem Wasser ungetrübt!
