Onze ervaring was rampzalig. De borg werd ingehouden omdat we per ongeluk buiten het toegestane gebied reden – niet opzettelijk, maar omdat het gps-signaal op onze telefoon niet werkte en we geen idee hadden waar het toegestane gebied was. Geen waarschuwing, geen tegenprestatie, geen goodwill. In plaats daarvan werd de borg direct ingehouden, ongeacht de omstandigheden. Zo ga je niet met klanten om. Zeer slechte communicatie, absoluut oneerlijk en absoluut niet aan te raden!
Absolut enttäuschend – nie wieder!
Unsere Erfahrung war katastrophal. Die Kaution wurde einbehalten, weil wir versehentlich außerhalb des erlaubten Bereichs unterwegs waren – nicht absichtlich, sondern weil das GPS-Signal auf unserem Handy nicht funktionierte und wir keine Übersicht über die erlaubte Zone hatten. Keine Warnung, kein Entgegenkommen, keine Kulanz. Stattdessen sofortiger Einbehalt der Kaution, ohne Rücksicht auf die Umstände. So geht man nicht mit Kunden um. Sehr schlechte Kommunikation, absolut unfair und nicht empfehlenswert!

Gracias por tu comentario Varujan , lo lo explicamos también por aquí , un barco sin licencia no puede navegar a mas de 2 millas del puerto base es una ley marítima , además de pasar mucho los limites previamente avisándotelas de ello te dio igual, te metiste en una zona sin cobertura . Nuestras normas están para la seguridad de nuestros clientes porque si el barco se queda sin señal no podemos encontrarte con el geolocalizador . Las normas y seguridad en nuestra empresa y en el resto de empresas están para llevarlas a cabo. Y los clientes irrespetuosos con las normas se les quita deposito , es la única manera de que las personas tomen conciencia de ellas .

Mooie boot, maar de overdracht was wat hectisch omdat er geen Engels sprekend personeel was. Er was geen geluidssysteem te vinden, maar onze verwachtingen voor de dag op de boot werden waargemaakt. De borg werd zonder problemen terugbetaald. Naar onze ervaring een betrouwbare aanbieder. We zouden het zo weer doen

Alles geweldig. De boot in perfecte staat. We werden bijgestaan door Elena, die ons uitlegde hoe de boot werkt en hoe we voor anker moesten gaan, aangezien het de eerste keer was dat we dat deden. We hadden een geweldige tijd, we waren met 4 personen op de boot en we hadden genoeg ruimte om te bewegen, zelfs te liggen. De persoon die ons ophaalde was supervriendelijk en legde alles uit wat we nodig hadden.

El único punto negativo sería que la tabla de padelsurf tienes que hincharla tu, pero en nuestro caso como había un poco de oleaje y algunas medusas no nos importó porque no la íbamos a utilizar.

We hebben de dag op de boot doorgebracht met mijn vrienden en het was ongelooflijk. Redelijke prijzen, zeer comfortabele boot, fantastisch management en zeer vriendelijke professionals. Het meest opmerkelijke is de behandeling die we hebben gekregen van de arbeiders, vooral Yasin, die voor ons heeft gezorgd. Hij is attent, aardig, vriendelijk en aangenaam geweest. Ongetwijfeld is Yasin een echte professional!! We hebben genoten van de ervaring.
Hemos pasado el dia en el barco con mis amigas y ha sido increible. Precios razonables, barco muy comodo, fantastica gestión y profesionales muy amables. Lo más destacable es el trato que hemos recibido de los trabajadores, sobre todo, Yasin, quien se ha encargado de nosotras. Ha sido atento,amable,simpatico y agradable. Sin duda Yasin es un verdadero profesional!! Nos ha encantado la experiencia.

We hadden een geweldige dag op de boot die eenvoudig was voor zelf-schipper en een goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding had. Een kleine verwarring over de aanbetaling werd vervolgens door de eigenaar opgelost.
We had a great day on the boat which was simple to self-skipper and good value for money. A slight mix up over the deposit was subsequently resolved by the owner.

Het was de beste dag van onze vakantie! Alles was perfect! Echt snelle en goede klantenservice (via WhatsApp). De boot was echt schoon en in nieuwe staat. Er waren geen complicaties bij het ophalen en teruggeven van de boot. Voor deze service en boot is de prijs heel redelijk! We zullen vanaf nu elke keer bij Rumboibiza boeken!

It was the greatest day of our Vacation! Everything was perfect! Really fast and good Costumer Service (over (Verborgen coördinaten)). The Boat was really clean and in new Condition. There were no Complications while picking up and giving Back the Boat. For this service and Boat, the price is really reasonable! We will book at Rumboibiza every time from now on!

De ervaring was erg goed, de boot is geweldig, erg comfortabel, zelfs om erop te kunnen eten. De muziek was erg goed te horen. Ze voorzagen ons van een paddle-surfplank die we met veel enthousiasme gebruikten. We zullen het ongetwijfeld herhalen. Het was een heel goede ervaring om vanaf de boot te genieten van de baaien en de zee van Ibiza, en Alvaro, David en Nebil waren vanaf het begin zeer attent en maakten het ons gemakkelijker om de ervaring.
La experiencia fue muy buena,el barco es estupendo,muy comodo hasta para poder comer en el.La musica se escuchaba muy bien.Nos proporcionaron una tabla de padelsurf que utilizamos con muchas ganas. Sin duda repetiremos.Ha sido una experiencia muy buena disfrutar de calas y el mar de ibiza dsde el barco,y alvaro, david y nebil desde el principio muy atentos y facilitandonos el vivir la experiencia.
